Information reaching our desks is that the University of Nigeria has established her very own Business School.

Below is the official notice of the establishment of the school as obtained by our Team.

VISION: To be an undisputed world class leading business school

MISSION: The UNN Business School is designed to produce a crop of world class professional graduates who would drive entrepreneurship development in Nigeria, the African continent, and beyond, providing consultancy services to individuals, businesses and organizations.

LOCATION: The School is physically located at the Enugu Campus of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.

2.0   PROGRAMMES

A]. REGULAR POSTGRADUATE DIPLOMA (PGD) PROGRAMME (Duration: 2 semesters -12 months) -PGD (Accountancy):   Full time; PGD (Banking and Finance):  Full time; PGD (Management):  Full time andPGD (Marketing):    Full time.

 B]. REGULAR PROFESSIONAL MBA PROGRAMMES (Duration: Full Time – 4     semesters, ie 24 months, Part Time – 5 semesters ie 30 months) - MBA (Accountancy), MBA (Banking and Finance), MBA (Management), andMBA (Marketing).

C]. EXECUTIVE PROFESSIONAL MBA PROGRAMMES (Duration; 4 semesters - 24 months of one week-end contact per month) inHuman Resource Management, Public Sector Accounting, Taxation, Enterprise Resource Planning, Hospitality and Tourism Management, Oil and Gas Marketing, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Marketing Communications,Risk Management, ICT and Business Decisions, Finance, Ethics and Sustainable Development, Power and Environmental Resource Management, andAgri-Business.

D]. EXECUTIVE PROFESSIONAL DOCTOR OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION (DBA) PROGRAMME Duration: 6 Semesters (36 months of one week-end contact per month).

UNN 2018 Admission List is out

The University of Nigeria today released her first Admission list (Merit) for the 2018/2019 Academic Session.

Candidates whose names are on the list are advised to take note of the following instructions on how to go about accepting the admission and other necessary registrations.

INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES OFFERED PROVISIONAL ADMISSION FOR THE 2018/2019 ACADEMIC SESSION

Candidates offered provisional admission are required to adopt the following guidelines to regularize their acceptance of the offer:

• Visit the JAMB Portal and accept your admission on CAPS by clicking “Accept Admission”. Candidates who fail to accept their admission on JAMB CAPS would not be issued JAMB Admission Letter and would b deemed as not admitted.

• Visit the University of Nigeria website (unn.edu.ng) or portal (unnportal.edu.ng), log in your JAMB Registration number to generate and download a Payment Invoice which contains a Remitta number, the invoice will enable you to make payment at any Commercial Bank.
• With the Payment Invoice, the candidate is requested to pay Twenty Five Thousand Naira Only (N25, 000.00) acceptance fee. Ensure that the Invoice number is keyed in appropriately at the Bank and obtain a confirmation slip containing your Confirmation number and Invoice number.
• Visit the University of Nigeria website (unn.edu.ng) or portal (unnportal.edu.ng) again and login your JAMB Registration Number, the Confirmation Number and Invoice Number, then print the Admission slip and complete the Acceptance Form online.
• Proceed with other fee payments and registration as indicated on the University of Nigeria website.
