2017/2018 UNN JUPEB EXAMINATION AND SCREENING SCHEDULE

To all candidates that applied for the University of Nigeria Joint Universities Preliminary Examinations Board (JUPEB) Programme  for the 2017/2018 Academic session, please be informed of the conduct of the screening examination has been scheduled to hold as follows:

Date:    Friday, 29th September, 2017
Venue: GS Building-Theatres A & B (Sciences); Faculty of the Social Sciences Theatre
              (Arts and Social Sciences); Political Science Department (Management Sciences)
Time:   12 noon prompt

All Candidates for the screening examination are requested to be punctual and to come along with their application printout and writing materials.

In addition, be informed that a later screening of Result shall hold for Candidates who were successful in the Examination. 

The Schedule for the screening of the result is as follows:

Date:    9th -10th October, 2017
Venue: Ekpo Convocation Arena, Nsukka Campus
Time:   10am – 3pm

Also, successful candidates are to ensure they are punctual and come along with the following items:
  • Application printout
  • Evidence of payment of acceptance fee Twenty thousand naira (N20,000) only.
  • Originals and photocopies of credentials, including birth certificate or sworn affidavit
  • Two passport photographs.

Apply for the 2017 Dignity of Man Debate

Founders Day1
The University of Nigeria is set to hold again her annual Dignity of Man Debate.
The Debate which holds annually as part of activities to mark the University's Founder's Day celebration is aimed at critical thinking, public speaking skills and advocacy among the students of the University.

This year's debate is scheduled to hold on Wednesday, 4th October, 2017 and shall be the British Parliamentary (BP) format.

Students who may wish to apply are to take note of the following:
1. The Debate is only open to students of the University of Nigeria.
2. Students are to organise themselves into teams and apply as such.
3. A team is made up of two persons irrespective of gender or department.
4. Applications are to be sent to onochie.agudosi@unn.edu.ng before Monday, 18th September, 2017.
5. All Applications are to clearly indicate the Department, Reg. No. and phone numbers of applicants.
